disability, their economic status, their poverty level and his capability. In
third part of research, we have disused creation of social inclusion. In this
part find out the society, provide more opportunity of person with disability
participants in the society, by improving capability of person with disability ;make
the society person with disability friendly. In fourth part of research,
disused to the how create an inclusive society, find out to in the part, person
with disability participation increase in society and economic and skill

society becomes sensitive toward person with disability needs and importance. Because
of which society create barrier free environment for person with disability. It
will have advantages of society, by which society will become an inclusive
society. It is necessary to develop skills for economic development, most importance
things skill for economic development of person with disability. Last is very
importance for person with disability, their participation in the society, we
can only imagine that a person lives in society, but he does not get the
opportunity to make any decisions in the society. Then how will his
life be as if his life cannot be as if a person is living his life on an island.
In the same way, their life also becomes one. It is not right to overcome any
social decision-making process based on his physical condition.

Introduction:
India
shares certain sources of social exclusion such as poverty, patriarchy, racism,
rural-urban disparity, cast, disability, gender and the like with other
societies all over the world. The case of disability, as well know, India is
first only to a world. We are categories of disability based on many elements.
First, the person with disability who are not responsible for their disability-
(e.g., the physically and mentally disabled) or who become disabled through
stigmatizations (e.g., homosexuals), second, the person with disability who are
at least partially responsible for their disability (e.g., drug addicts,
alcoholics, prostitutes). Third, disability is because of birth into particular
collectivities (e.g., gender, religion, race, language, cast, tribe etc). One
can arrive at is that the categories- the physically and mentally disabled for
different approaches for social inclusion, and the process of social inclusion
should bestow dignity on them. While patriarchy is a universal source of
exclusion in conjunction with the disability, gender and cast, it is more
intense in India. Richard M. Titmus[1]
conceptualized the evolution of the progress made for inclusion of the person
with disability in term of three models- (1) the residual model, (2) the
achievement- performance model and (3) the institutional-redistributive model
(see Gore. 1983, pp 1-13) much more. If accessibility is the first step to
eliminate discrimination of the person with the disability the supply of
trained and skilled personnel with appropriate; attitudes are the second
pre-requisite to accelerate the process of their social inclusion. To
environmental barrier to finding out; negative attitude and perceptions, which
prevail in all societies, including the most developed ones-, which have
existed for long with regard to the disabled who are stigmatized. Society look
of the person with disability stigmatization, it is confined to the society at
a large number of the person with the impairment. Nevertheless, existing the
families of the person with the impairment. It is the institutions of a family
widely believed well integrate. They are situated vis a vis the able-bodied or
typical individuals. Therefore, there is an urgent need to focus on those with
multiple deprivations, say the poor, women, Dalits, Adivasis and minorities who
are disabled. Two aspects are important here; one, the intensity of the
disability, and two, the socio-economic background of the disabled. To put it
sharply both internal differentiation of the disabled and their disabilities
based on class, gender, cast, habitat (rural or urban) call for different
packages of rehabilitation.
Exclusion context excluded and
included a wide variety of people, not only the poor, but also disabled. Social
exclusion has been defined as, “The process through which individuals or groups
are wholly or partially excluded from full participation in the society within
which they live. Social exclusion defined as the opposite of social
integration, mirroring the perceived importance of being part of society, of
being included. Exclusion is defining main characteristics is a multi
dimensional concept. People may be excluded, e.g. from livelihood, employment,
earning property, housing, minimum consumption, education the welfare state
citizenship, personal concept or respect etc. Theoretical contribution of the
concept of exclusion to that the social exclusion implies a focus on the
relations and processes that cause deprivation. People can exclude by many
different sorts of groups, often at the same time proprietors exclude people from
access to land or housing elite political group exclude others from legal
right. Bell and Clert (2000) Classify categories of social exclusion in terms
of ‘who you are’ and ‘where you are from’ the approach adopted can be seen as
focusing on a continuum of injustice stretching from ‘what you have’ to ‘who
you are’.
How is exclude a disabled in society?
In
context of social exclusion is of relatively recent origin. The notion has
however, already made substantial inroads into poverty and deprivation. Social
exclusion and inclusion defined by some scholars. In this research, we will
define social exclusion and inclusion in the context of a social environment,
as well as we will know how social milieu and exploitation are connecting to
each other. As an Amartya Sen (2000.) stated that social gain can be the result
of lack of necessary abilities to participate in knowledge (experience), which
gives birth to social inclusion. That is to say that the person stops to
develop or abstain from his abilities. The concept of social bereavement is
seeing as covering the wide range of social and economic problems. If it is define
in the second since then it will defined that the exemption appears at the
community level, it is multi-dimensional and reflects the difference among the
relevant factors. When the person or group are suffering from a combination of
unemployment, quality of skills, low income, poor housing, high criminal
environment, poor health and family-related problems (United Nation, 2016.). Social
exclusion is a multidimensional phenomenon not limited to material deprivation;
poverty is an important dimension of exclusion, albeit only one dimension.
Accordingly, measuring social exclusion is challenging due to its
multidimensional nature and the lack of standard data sources across countries
and for all social groups at highest risk of a will left behind. Despite
limitations, the existing data allow for a meaningful analysis of key aspects
of exclusion.
It is useful, to begin
with, the recognition that the idea of social exclusion has a conceptual
connection with well-established notions in the context of poverty and
deprivation. An indeed, I would argue that we could appreciate more fully the
contribution made by on social exclusion by placing it in the broader context
of the old idea of poverty as capability deprivation. That connection with a
very general approach will help us to appreciate the particular emphases and
focal concerns that the specific idea of social exclusion helps to illuminate.
The capability perspective on poverty is inescapably multidimensional since
there are distinct capabilities and functioning that we have reason to value. I
would suggest that it is useful to investigate the literature on “social
exclusion” using this broadly Aristotelian approach. The connections are
immediate. First, we have good reason to value not excluded from social
relations, and in this sense, social exclusion may be directly a part of
capability poverty. Second, excluded from social relations can lead to other
deprivations as well; thereby further limiting our living opportunities.
Social exclusion is a
process rather than special circumstances. Looking at the perspective of
disability, we get that due to their physical obstruction to the special needs
(disabled), the society deprives them of various types of opportunities. As the
lack of opportunities to become a participant in economic activities, capacity
is measure due to their physical condition
Communication with the
society is very important for establishing relationships in society, but
special needs (disabled) will connect the environment with the social
fabrication process of the children in the context of individuals. Society
prepares the nature of children's behavior only in childhood; social experience
affects the behavior of a child when he is a child. For example, children with
mental retardation and mental disabilities are unable to establish effective
communication with the people around them. Due to be lagging behind in making
new friends, their respect for self-esteem decreases and thus their social
milieu is affected and they are exempt from society. The lack of communication
to connect with the mainstream society is the root cause of the rise in
segregation, Restlessness and extortion. Due to the limitations of the person
with the same view and movement obstruction, they provide difficulties in
establishing relationships in society, which make them different.
How can the creation of Social Inclusion?
Social
inclusion processes involve more than improving access to economic resources.
Social inclusion defined as the process of improving the terms of participation
in society, particularly for people who are disadvantaged, through enhancing
opportunities, access to resources, voice and respect for rights. “The process of
improving the terms for individuals and groups to take part in society” and
“The process of improving the ability, opportunity, and dignity of people,
disadvantaged on the basis of their identity, to take part in society” (World
Bank, 2016.) “Social inclusion is a process which ensures that those at risk of
poverty and social exclusion gain the opportunities and resources necessary to
participate fully in economic, social, political and cultural life and to enjoy
a standard of living that is considered normal in the society in which they
live”. It ensures that they have greater participation in decision making which
affects their lives and access to their fundamental rights. That is, we will
say that social inclusion is to improve the process conditions of participation
in society on age, gender, disability, race, ethnicity, and origin, religious,
economic and other grounds. Not to have disturbed by opportunities or to
prevent them from getting opportunities based on them. In addition, resources
heard by listening to the voice and establishing respect for rights.
Social inclusion is
defined as the process of improving the terms of participation in society for
people who are disadvantaged based on age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity,
origin, religion, or economic or another status, through enhanced
opportunities, access to resources, voice and respect for rights. Social
inclusion explicitly refers to people who are disadvantaged based on age, sex,
disability, race, ethnicity, origin, or economic or another status for two
reasons. First, although anyone may be potentially at risk of social exclusion,
certain attributes or characteristics increase such risk. These are often link
to identity or group ascription. (Kabeer, 2006)
Described two types of identity, one relates to “groups of people, who
acknowledge their common membership, have shared beliefs and values and act in
collective ways. Caste, ethnicity and religion are examples of such group
identities”. The other refers to categories of people defined based on some
shared characteristic rather than shared values and way of life. Members of
these categories do not necessarily know each other and share very little in
common, aside from the nature of the discrimination they face. Second, in
aspiring to empower and promote the social, economic and political inclusion of
all members of society, target of the social inclusion Agenda draws attention
to these attributes; under that target, it emphasized that all should be
included “irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin,
religion or economic or another status”. The bases of disadvantage-included
definition are therefore those explicitly included. While not comprehensive,
the list highlights many of the attributes that have historically put individuals
most at risk of exclusion.
Narrative analysis of a person with visually impairment:
I am discussing about interviewed the visually impaired
student of a Delhi University. In which he, from his behavior towards society,
behavior of class classmates, problems in learning in class, forms of help in
the classroom by the teachers and rural society Problems in life discussed but
they discussed. Those interviewed related to person belonging for rural land.
His early education started in the school of the village and it was in the
special education school of the district. In the special education school, they
received education until twelfth. Further education has done with the general
children in the university until bachelor and postgraduate. Now we will discuss
these key points in detail. When, they had talked about their disability, he
said that they were just like normal babies born. They were due to chickenpox
at the cause of disability in age of five. Due to chickenpox, the eyes of his
eyes were gone at the age of five. Initially there were many problems faced,
but gradually all became part of the habit. In the beginning of the house,
family used to sing a lot of god. In addition, I have said that the reward of
the karma of which birth. Other children of the village used to tease and
disturb the disabilities. Nobody played together. Because the people had said
that, there is God's wrath on them and they had lost eyes. The house also used
to keep the notes on talk. That is the reward for your past lives. The boys of
the village used to tease the blinds and did not even play together. I went to
the village school for the first time at the age of seven. If the family sends
to school thinking that, he cannot see anything. He will take education and he
can do some work. When, I went to school the first time. Someone, who did not
even talk to me. Children were speaking among themselves, but that they are
blind calculated. There will be all sorts of things and how. Did this for about
three months continued. Also not in the class teacher was teaching me
something. Teacher’s was denial in the class. Only a few to ask that you just
on taxes, they were listen. You cannot see, so you do not read. Some lasted
only six months, continues. One day I was sitting at home in the village at the
time of the uncle who lived in the city, who came to the house. He told the
father that I would be sending in that school, where I read as a child. Talk of
the special schools that school was fifteen kilometers from my house. When I
was eight years old when his father took me my special school, which was
located at the district headquarters. Twelfth studied in the same special
school. In the beginning, when I went to that school for the first time, I did
not talk to anyone, but the people there used to try to talk to me. Then slowly
we became a good friend of each other got acquainted in the teachers. Every teacher
was teaching them very well, and used to explain it loving. Slowly
schoolchildren started feeling good. In the last year of XII studies, we used
to think that what we would do now. Due to being a relative of me in Delhi, I had
got filled in the form of Delhi University. After getting admission in Delhi
University, it was difficult for some days but later gradually, it became
normal because the introduction of the people increased. Friendship also
increased with the people. Next, we will discuss the major points of some
problems. First, when discussing social behavior in which they talked about.
Then they said that people use disability as a physical indicator. People
nomenclature based on disability, as I have visually impaired people, they
start calling SURDAS or any other name. People talk about seeing
disability only. It means that when we stand, people mostly talk to us about
our disability. This happens only when the person gets for the first time. Most
of the time rejected in society. By refusing, I mean that people do not give us
any place in the society, that is, when we are in the house, there is a
program, and then the people of the house or society do not listen to our
thoughts. The behavior of some individuals is not good in the helping perspective.
This means that even if we ask help to cross the road, these people do not even
support it. When discussing the classmates' class behavior in the class, they
told that while reading, people are busy with each other, which makes them
neglected. It always happens during reading. Most people are busy with
themselves. Then the attention of the people is not on our side and it appears
that we do not even happen in class. My class is not sensitive to words.
Because sometimes people use words that hurt, such as people like blinds etc. Discussing
learning problems in the classroom, we come from rural areas, and we studied Hindi
medium from 12th place. Where, it studied through Hindi medium and hence the
language medium was a major obstacle. During the learning, the support of the
classmates well received. Some teachers do not have collaborative behavior
during teaching and examinations. Such as the teacher is makes some pictures on
the blackboard etc. Then do not tell him by speaking. From which we do not understand
the picture and at that time, it seems that we are being neglect in class. Some
teachers play a lot of cooperative role in these charges. During the exam, the
assistant scriber has the most problem. Most cooperative scriber is not ready
to play the role. When discussing the classmates' cooperation in the class. He
told them that some of my colleagues would be able to cooperate very much in
teaching in the classroom as they read the lesson. Read the note and read it.
That some things written on the blackboard. There are some constructive
problems such as some friends that some people do not make friends by seeing
disability. They believe that we get reservations and scholarships; there is no
discomfort in reading this. What kind of problems do you face when there is a
rural environment? I was discuses. Then they said that physical structural
problems have faced more. Having a new physical structure can be very
difficult, because we cannot know, what has changed. When we take part in a
wedding or a ceremony in the village, we feel lonely, because people talk to us
very little, it happens only with us, sometimes we are not allowed to go to the
wedding too because people say that who will see you. We will be very busy to
help you. The community rejects us because we do not made partners because of
blindness in any event. The community does not listen to our recommendations and
does not believe it. Moreover, we do not even take. It is along with us. Which has
makes us feel that we are not a part of the community.
Role of Society creating inclusion for a person with disability:
To
point out precisely the origins of society’s attitudes toward disability and
the disabled person would be almost impossible. Because attitude is a
psychological term, attitude is measure very difficult. That cultural
intolerance of disability and disabled people can explain by reference to the
economy. For example, our distant ancestors lived in such a harsh environment
that there was little opportunity to support individuals with impairment who
could not take care of themselves, but with the advent of relatively stable
communities able to produce an economic surplus through the development of
agriculture.
It is clear that people
can be present in a community without being socially included. Being socially
included means that a number of things are present in people’s lives. Social
inclusion means that people:
v Experience
a sense of belonging
v Are
accepted (for who they are) within their communities
v Have
valued roles in the community
v Are
actively participating in the community
v Are
involved in activities based on their personal preferences
v Have
social relationships with others whom they chose and share common interests
v Have
friends
When people experience
some or all of these conditions in their life, they are more likely to be
happier and healthier. In fact, social inclusion is an important “determinant
of health” – without inclusion, people are more likely to experience poor
health (including poor mental health), loneliness, isolation, and poor
self-esteem. Many people with disabilities unnecessarily experience life quite
differently. They may not have a “sense of presence” in the community and may
not have access to activities they prefer or desire. People lack opportunities
to work, play, learn and develop social relationships with others (particularly
with people who do not have a disability). People with disabilities often not
acknowledged in the community, or if they are, it may be in a negative way. Too
often, people do not have close friends with whom they can share their desires,
time and lives. How is this lack of social inclusion for people with
disabilities addressed? There are many possible pathways to inclusion. While
there are still many barriers to employment, forward-thinking workplaces are
slowly recognizing the real contributions that people with disabilities can
make. Recreation holds particular promise for achieving true inclusion because
of the meaningful connections that recreation can facilitate. Disabled or
able-bodied, we all have the power and responsibility to make society more
inclusive for everyone. From lived experiences to listening to the disability
community, here are some ways we can continue to make our world more accepting
of people with disabilities.
1. View
the Disability Community as a Valuable Consumer
2. Employ
People with Disabilities- They are Ambitious and Want to Work
3. Increase
Disability Representation in Political Setting
4. Integrate
Disability History in School Curriculums
5. Promote
Social Inclusion in Schools
6. Realize
that People with Disabilities are Humans too
Inclusion
is not a niche issue. Around the world, there are more than a billion people
living with disabilities. Approximately one out of every seven people is
personally affected. Conditions for making inclusion happen in development
cooperation have improved over the past few years. Nonetheless, inclusion is
still not looking like something that concerns everyone. Disabled people
encounter many obstacles. This is especially evident in natural disasters and
armed conflicts. A deaf child has no chance of escaping a tsunami if there are
only sirens to warn of its approach. A blind woman cannot find the food aid
station or the emergency shelter if only signs point the way. Someone in a
wheelchair will not be able to reach aid facilities that are only accessible
via stairs. Every humanitarian organization must consider accessibility. Doing
so benefits other people as well: loudspeaker announcements help illiterate
people; ramps serve children and the elderly.
Accessibility
matters in everyday life – regarding, for instance, public transit, schools,
workplaces and government offices. It means more than simply building
escalators. Schools need teaching materials for visually impaired children, and
government bureaucrats need training on how to interact with disabled people (Unicef, 2014). Sensitivity training and
education, moreover, create opportunities for disabled people and improve their
lives. Changes in attitudes make obstacles easier to overcome. These facilities
give them better access to employment and education and thus allow them to lead
more lives that are independent. Inclusion is possible when politicians and
civil society see it as an issue that concerns everyone and considers it in
development projects right from the start. It is high time for this to happen.
A billion disabled people must no longer ignore.
Conclusion:
While the understanding idea behind
the concept of social exclusion do not term of only participatory opinion in
society. To exclude a person with a disability for society many reasons, like
society beliefs, is the person with disability does not productive for society.
Because society attitude toward a person with disability is negative, causes of
negative attitude I find out to society thinks the person with disability of
responsibility to her family. I am not a satisfaction for the society view for
a person with the impairment. Social exclusion is as a rupture of social bonds
in society. Since, society has a negative attitude and beliefs toward
disability, because of which the person with a disability discriminate for
society. In addition, the person with disability is separate from society.
Finally, in this article, I am
searching the answer, how does the person with disability to exclude and
include in society. To I find out the; society creates many barriers for a
person with the impairment. Like physical structure barrier, negative attitude,
value, beliefs and produced a person with a disability as an unproductive. Whereby
person with disability excluded her society and his life goes away for blew
poverty. People with disabilities are not able (disabled), even when they are
able. Such as, today we are look that special needs
(disabled) people as a social constructor. Like Albert Einstein's ability to
learn less. Yet he developed the theory of relativity, which today has a great
impact on the way people see and understand the world. Thomas Alva Edison
listened to listen up, but in the modern world we are living in, his invention
in the construction of energy did not contribute to anything else. Louis
Braille could not see but his work, famous by his own name, Braille gave the
ability to read and write blind (visual impairment person) people around the
world. These people have proved that capacity is not important but the
capabilities are important. The society has to
understand that disability is not weakness, but it is true that the physical
condition of the people of the special needs group (the disabled) is different
from the same, but this difference is not required to be considered as
diversity due to lack of weakness. Physiological variation can accomplish by
providing resources and rich surroundings. If we talk about social
milieu/environment in the context of special needs (disabled) people, then in
the past, it known that people with special needs (handicapped) had to face
many kinds of problems. Nevertheless, gradually the society is becoming aware that
negative attitudes toward special needs (disabled) people are decreasing.
Because of education and awareness, people's beliefs are changing, which was
earlier that special needs (handicapped) people are useless in society. The
society, which first considered the special needs (handicapped) people as a
burden.
